We are a full turn key business offering design and build services to our clients. We also take on work that has been designed by other design only firms. We will always review proposed schemes to see if we can input any further design ideas. At the end of the day we are here to support you the client to have the best outcome.

Contracts
All Construction projects are covered under JCT contract.
This is one of the leading construction contracts for all scales of construction projects.

All Work is done in arrears - We do the work you pay for what has been done.

No Deposits - We do not take a down payment to start your job.

Consumer Protection - Your money is protected under a legally binding contract.

Quotes not estimates
Quotations are fixed price. Estimates are a guess.

We don't guess we know. That's why we provide legally binding contracts for the work at hand. The price you see is the price you pay. No nasty surprises. This gives you the reassurance and peace of mind that your financial commitment has been secured for the entirety of the project.

As always with any form of construction we advise clients to have a contingency fund. We base our quotations on a final set of floorplans that are agreed upon in advance. A contingency fund allows for changes that you may wish to have while the construction takes place that deviate from the final plans that we quoted from.

Warranty & Assurances
6 to 10 year cover
All new builds covered under NHBC 10 year warranty

Assurance on structural and roof leaks for 6 years.
We have heard of some scary stories where projects have gone completely over budget due to low ball estimates being provided to clients.

Our method is transparent for yourself and us. We both need to be on the same page about the work at hand and how much its going to cost.

That is why we use a standardised price book that is updated quarterly to provide costs for work to be added or decreased to your overall scope of work.

Insurance
All projects are covered with necessary public liability and contract works insurance.
