Building your dream home is expensive business, there really is only one opportunity to get it right and that’s the first time. Furniture Layout
We study spaces to understand how we can maximise the potential of your home, by looking into the natural movement of how we interact with the environment. Spaces need to be flexible and adaptable to cater for a wide range of scenarios:

Often in the design process a lot of factors are completely overlooked:

- Entry of the home on rainy day where does the umbrella go?
- Jackets
- Shoes
- The mop after its used and wet?
- Trailing wires from the wall to charge your laptop
- Fridge, yes believe it or not we have seen residential schemes that have completely forgone location for a fridge and even washing machines.

Everything needs its place and to be designed with intent from the forefront.
Lighting & Electrical Plans
Ever been in a house that had a electrical socket behind the sofa?

We all have. Spaces that have not been thoughtfully planned reduce the efficiency of a space and start to become unpractical.

We think about the use of each space and how interaction between rooms need to be designed to be flexible and adaptable for all sorts of scenarios.
That is why when detail designing the interiors we make sure we have effectively placed sockets, switches, light fixtures in strategic locations.
One of my favourite are ground sockets. We see them all the time in commercial projects but not enough for residential projects. Who really wants to have a trailing cable for when they are using their laptop? We don't.
3D Work as Standard

Every single project is in 3D as standard. We don't believe 3D should be a optional when designing your home. It is a necessity.

If you would like to have continual design input through the construction phase. We can offer this service at fixed costs for our involvement throughout the process.
Depending on the nature of the service required. Take advantage of our contacts and purchase products for trade and international discounts. You could end up spending the same money but for far greater quality or alternatively specify the same quality and save money.
Material Pallet
Photo montages and material selection. Working with yourselves to understand your tastes and requirements is key to providing a scheme that ticks all the right boxes.

At the start of each project we ask clients to create Pintrest and Houzz accounts to collate as many ideas of what they love, this sets a baseline for us to work from to establish your taste.

Depending on services being provided we offer a full interior design service. We establish a budget to work to and source all materials that would be required to complete the project.

Offering discount trade prices, our industry contacts and international suppliers we can deliver your project to a pre defined budget.
