The original property was a modest single storey bungalow which was one of the last few homes in the area to be developed. The clients brief was clear: "maximise the house in every way possible". We proposed a significant development with large proportions to this 6 bedroom family home.

The entrance greats you to a double height atrium space and the ground floor is comprised of open plan living and kitchen with vaulted ceilings to 4.5m. Disabled friendly ground floor bedroom/en-suite, study, utility/ironing station and large reception room.

One of favourite features is the curved back brick wall for the staircase. This was designed to accommodate a matt black metal handrail channelled into the brickwork as a recess following the contour of the staircase.
