We are a full turn key business but we understand that the competitive nature of our industry you may have another builder in mind. Understanding this we can maintain design involvement at a consultant level. To ensure our vision as planned is executed by your contractor. 

The key advantages to employ us as consultants for project management are:

  • Reduce time you have to invest in order for a project to run smoothly. Typically you would have to liaise with the builder and source key material choices for all aspects of construction.
     

  • Money savings in most instances trade accounts and wholesale prices are only available for regular clients. There is a "trade" discount and then "regular trade discount". We have established a network of merchants where we source key material for competitive prices. We source many products direct from country of origin to pass on key savings to clients. 
     

  • Contacts Looking for high end furnishings? why not import them from the country of origin? We have key contacts in Germany, Spain and Italy. From designer vanity units to bespoke Wenge/Walnut/Oak doors. E.g. A vanity unit in this case which would cost £1800 from one of three only suppliers in the UK we are able to purchase direct for €600. 
     

  • Fair negotiations with the builder.  If you are overseeing the relationship directly with the builder who is managing the contracts? How do you know you are not getting over charged for variation in design? We use standardised price books that are updated quarterly to see the charges being applied are fair and transparent for both parties.
